The competition is divided into two categories: the Fine Chocolate Contest and the Fine Chocolate Beverage Contest. From these, four prestigious awards will be adjudicated: the Fine Chocolate Designer Award, the Fine Chocolate Artisan Award, the Master of Fine Cocoa Beverages Award, and the People’s Choice Award.
